I have had pain in my neck and shoulders for over two years due to a fall and have had pain in my back for many years. My wife, having met Dr. Sarah at a meeting, recommended that I go to Advanced Family Chiropractic for an evaluation by Dr. Sarah. To my surprise the assessment revealed that one leg was shorter than the other and was contributing to my back pain, and that I had several subluxations.
I immediately started treatments on my back and neck and received a lift for my shorter leg. Within days I noticed an improvement in my back pain. With each week, the continued adjustments have not only helped my back, but I’ve had relief of pain and discomfort in my neck and shoulders. The treatments have even helped improve my hearing. Dr. Sarah not only played a part in the diagnosis and adjustments, but has taken the time to educate me on my part of good health (exercise, diet, and sleep) for maximum improvement.
I wondered about the cost of the treatments, but soon realized that the trade off for the cost is replaced by feeling so much better and more enjoyment in life. Often people have reasons why treatment works for others, but refuse to give it a try. Personally I am old enough to collect social security, but I am finding much enjoyment in life meeting and helping people, and am working full days cleaning carpets and floors, now without pain and fatigue because of Dr. Sarah’s help.
Thank you Dr. Sarah and staff for giving me better health and more enjoyment daily.

I first heard of Advanced Family Chiropractic from my mom at a Wellness Fair where she works. I came to the office because I suffered from migraines that I got almost everyday, and the only solution was sleep. When I began coming to the office I learned that I had scoliosis and vertebral subluxation in my neck. Since I began seeing Dr. Sarah my headaches are mostly gone, and my scoliosis has practically diminished. I also have better posture. Yes! I plan to continue until my subluxations have been corrected, and I will do my best to maintain my health. Everyone at AFC has been very kind and has done a wonderful job on my spine.

I first heard of Advanced Family Chiropractic from the Parkinson Meeting at the Double Tree Hotel in September 2007. I came to the office because Dr. Pace was giving a free posture evaluation. She offered a complete exam for $45, so I took the offer. When I began coming to the office I had stages of arthritis in my neck and that she could help me get better without surgery. Thank God I met Dr. Pace. My Lucky Day! Since I began seeing Dr. Sarah my life has changed Absolutely!! It’s Incredible! I’m a new person. I have a new lease on life! I do foresee myself maintaining the correction without a doubt! I wish I knew about chiropractic 10 years earlier. We need to share this information with friends, relatives, co-workers, everyone about chiropractic care! THANK YOU Dr. Sarah! You’re the best!!!

I heard about the practice from a presentation that was done at Lifespan.
Curiosity and the $25 coupon for a full screening and X-rays brought me to the practice.
When I first came to the practice I learned what stays in my mind the most is the “flow of life” and how one's overall health needs a healthy and properly adjusted spinal column.
I have utilized chiropractic care for many years. I find the biophysics chiropractic care more corrective of the problems versus just minimizing the pain and discomfort. I find I do have more energy, I'm more intuitive to my body signals as well as “well body care”. I also think I've regained the half inch of height I lost over the years.
I absolutely foresee myself maintaining my correction in the future. I have seen significant improvements and results with the adjustments and traction. I absolutely want to maintain it.
Dr. Sarah and her staff genuinely are interested and caring in you as well as an individual, not just as a paying patient. Dr. Sarah gives her all in her efforts to treat and correct the person's overall health needs.

I heard about Dr. Sarah’s office through my daughter-in-law. She was so pleased with her progress and recommended I follow suit! Her exposure at Webster YMCA was instrumental in explaining the benefits as well as pointing out my particular problems which could be corrected.
When I first came to the office I learned the importance of spinal health relative to other problems. I believe the explanation of my x-rays, compared to optimal posture and spinal care, was a significant factor in attending office care.
Since being under chiropractic care I have more energy, a brighter outlook on life and greatly improved posture.
I foresee myself maintaining this correction in the future! I will continue exercising enjoying increased mobility, standing tall with my head held high, and always smiling!
Patience and effort bring positive results. I would have appreciated my primary doctor recommending chiropractic care years earlier.

I was suffering for years with chronic neck, upper back and lower back pain due to a herniated disk and consistently took Ibuprofen.
I was treated by various Chiropractors for the past 30 years. They all helped to a certain point and then the healing progress stopped. I would then move on to another Chiropractor and start the cycle all over again.
I meet Dr. Sarah at a seminar that she gave where I work. Actually I attended the seminar for the information for my wife who also is a patient of Dr. Sarah.
So I decided to also give it a try. Initially the cost and the intensity of treatments can appear to be over the top. However if you have been in pain for many years and still are in pain you need to give it a try.
The techniques that she uses are different from the typical chiropractic adjustment. It’s definitely not a quick fix but a systemic approach to adjustments and training your body to realign back the normal pain free zone.
I can’t say that I am pain free but I am so much better. I had pain in my neck and back every single day. Now it’s only once or twice a week. Sometimes I actually don’t even realize how good I feel. Your body really forgets the pain it had daily for years really fast.
What I also just realized that in the past when I did something wrong and hurt my back the recent trauma would last for days. What I found out the other day was that when you do something wrong, stupid or just overexerted the recovery period is much less.
I don’t tell anyone on my golf league but Dr. Sarah may have even help with my golf game.

For about a year I experienced excruciating pain in my neck and back. I couldn’t drive, sit, or lay down comfortably. I also obtained a diagnosis of chronic fatigue that further complicated my case. My mother found Dr. Stacer’s ad in the paper and suggested I call.
I was hesitant and skeptical about the practice of chiropractic. However, the only thing mainstream doctors did for me is give me painkillers. I abhor the use of pharmaceuticals. I waited a week until finally; I could not endure the pain any longer.
The first x-rays showed a double curve in my neck and the curve of my lower back jutting out too far at the top. It also showed six subluxations putting further pressure on my nerves. I did not even know what a subluxation was. Poor exercise, diet and stress management also contributed to the poor state my back was in. I also learned that my posture while sitting and standing left something to be desired.
I now exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet. I consume more water and fruit juices instead of milk and soda. I manage my stress better and experienced an increase in my energy levels. The main difference is the pain decreased a significant amount.
I will maintain the corrections to my back. It is vital to my health and well being. It is also vital to my work. As a therapist I help others emotionally. I definitely can not give 110% if I am in pain all the time.
Undergoing chiropractic care is a process that requires patience and time. It is not only an adjustment and traction; it is an eye opener and a life altering experience. This is definitely better than a pharmaceutical quick fix and the results will last longer. I have a sense of accomplishment that will stay with me for the rest of my life.

About 10 years ago I had a pretty bad sports injury. For years I have been able to crack my neck and had pretty consistent pressure build up in my neck and upper back. I have been to two previous Chiropractors that re-adjusted me but never took the time to fix the problem. Dr. Sarah Pace and her team at Advanced Family Chiropractic have done wonders for my injury and are fixing a problem now so I don’t need surgery or have more serious problems in the future.
